Privacy Policy

NexoroCore Inc. ("NexoroCore," "we," "us," or "our") provides products, websites, portals, mobile applications, software, hosted services, and related services, including AstroMesh, AstroTracker, AstroAdmin, and AstroStore (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Services, how we use it, how we share it, how we retain it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies across NexoroCore products, including AstroMesh, AstroTracker, AstroAdmin, and AstroStore. Product-specific details, including AstroTracker-specific providers and data categories, appear in the product sections below.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider or supported sign-in flow may collect your name, email address, authentication credentials, and related account details on our behalf. We do not store your raw password when authentication is handled by a third-party identity provider.
• Organization and product data you provide. We collect the records, files, images, messages, configuration, operational data, and other information you or your team create, upload, transmit, or manage while using the Services.
• Payment information. If your Organization is on a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, handles billing details directly. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure may generate standard server logs, including IP address, request timestamps, device or browser details, error traces, and related diagnostics for security, debugging, and reliability.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
• To authenticate you and secure your account and Organization's data.
• To process payments for paid plans.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send product, account, operational, or transactional notices.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, reliability issues, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we share your information

We share information with service providers that help us run the Services, including providers for authentication, hosting, database and file storage, payment processing, email delivery, push notifications, diagnostics, and support where those providers are used by the applicable product.

Each provider only receives the information it needs to perform its function and is restricted from using it for unrelated purposes. We do not share your information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell it. Beyond service providers, we only share information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NexoroCore, our users, or others.

Subprocessors and DPA

Enterprise customers that need a Data Processing Addendum can review the template in Appendix A of the Terms of Service and contact us to execute a signed version.

Data retention

We retain account and Organization data for as long as your account or Organization is active, unless a shorter period is required by the applicable product behavior or by law.

Organizations that had an active paid Subscription

1. Days 0-30 after the paid Subscription ends: Content remains retained and intact.
2. Day 30: Content enters soft delete and becomes inaccessible to the Organization but is not yet destroyed.
3. Soft delete through 1 year: Content is held in archive.
4. After 1 year: Content is hard deleted from active systems and is no longer accessible through the Services, subject to limited backup and audit-trail retention described in our Terms of Service.

Organizations whose free trial was never converted to a paid Subscription

1. Days 0-30 after trial end: Content remains retained and intact.
2. Day 30: Content enters soft delete and becomes inaccessible, not yet destroyed.
3. After 3 months total from trial end: Content is hard deleted from active systems and is no longer accessible through the Services, subject to limited backup and audit-trail retention described in our Terms of Service.

Billing and accounting records, security logs, and records we must keep for legal, tax, audit, security, or dispute-resolution obligations may be retained separately for as long as necessary for those purposes. If you delete your account, we mark the account as deleted and it stops being usable to sign in, but some account fields and records linked to past Organization activity may be retained where needed for shared Organization records, security, billing, audit, legal, or operational purposes. To request deletion or export of personal data, contact us below.

Your choices

• You can view account information directly in the applicable product where that product supports it.
• To change your name, email, or other account details, or to request deletion of your account or export of your data, contact us below.
• If your Organization's administrator manages your account, some requests may need to go through them.

Children's privacy

NexoroCore products are business and operational tools intended for organizations and professional users. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the applicable product or by email where appropriate.
